Drilled Micro Piles
Drilled micro piles are common in all groundwork construction. Our versatile equipment is well suited for so-called micro piles and to drilled piling in general.
We only use ring bits to ensure that drilled piles always remain against the surface of the rock in accordance with the pile directive and with final drives we ensure that there is no leeway. The ring bits we use are special drilling bits that enable the control of air and substantially reduce the risk of sinking.
For drilled micro piling we have specifically the following machines:

Casagrande C6

Casagrande C6 whose physical measurements enable working also in confined spaces. The mast is designed for rigs of 6 metres but it can be shortened to three-metre elements if necessary.
Klemm KR 807-1

Klemm KR807 is able to work in different kinds of terrains thanks to its oscillation. With this Klemm 807 rig we can drill even 10-metre-tall elements so if necessary it has a great production capacity.
BAUER RG 15T

Bauer RG 15T is a drilling rig equipped with a telescopic mast that can be used also in relatively low spaces. The machine is thin and the ±90º rotation of the rod makes it possible to drill to the sides of the machine even in small spaces or for example on the street. The compact size and the ease of transportation enable cost-effective mobilization costs even when the production capacity of the machine is good.
